Where we find our heroes, Brian James, Captain Sensible, Rat Scabies and Proto Goth Dave Vanian making their debut full length with the stalwart Nick Lowe.
What an album this is! It’s a tight collection of nifty punk songs by a band of upright lads. So much fun on here, and much like yesterday’s missive, if you can’t find something on here to sing along with, there is something fundamentally wrong with your approach to life.
So do yourself a really big favor. Get in your car, go very fast (like over 60 fast) and put on the Damned at volumes most loud. Yer Welcome.

Side note, I’ve played a lot of songs in bands, but “Neat, Neat, Neat” might just be one of the most fun of all of them to play.
